Course commences Wednesday, 10th October from 7.00pm to 9.30pm for eight Wednesday evenings (until Wednesday, 28th November) and includes one full day of practice. There are ten places available on this course.

Anxiety and Panic, Retrain Your Brain and Body

Course commences Thursday, 6th September until Thursday, 25th October from 11am to 1pm. There are eight places available. Cost: €250

During this eight-week training, participants will have the opportunity to learn about common problems that often complicate anxiety and panic such as avoidance, rumination, self-criticism, and intrusive emotional memories. The training will be presented with a combination of seminar, discussion, meditation, emotional regulation exercises, visual and creative interventions, and reflection within a skills-based learning environment.

MIND – contemplative neuroscience training for psychotherapists and mental health professionals
