Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT/MBSR) Eight Week Training – Tues Evenings

Course commences on Tuesday, 15th January 2019 from 7.00pm to 9.30pm for eight Tuesday evenings (until Tuesday, 5th March 2019) and includes one full day of practice. There are ten places available on this course.

Cost of training: €350 includes CDs, course notes, Mindfulness a Practice Guide to Finding Peace in a Frantic World, and 24 hours of mindfulness-based training, day of retreat, lunch, and individual consultation with the trainer.

Anxiety and Panic, Retrain Your Brain and Body

During this six-week training, participants will have the opportunity to learn about common problems that often complicate anxiety and panic such as avoidance, rumination, self-criticism, and intrusive emotional memories. The training will be presented with a combination of seminar, discussion, meditation, emotional regulation exercises, visual and creative interventions, and reflection within a skills-based learning environment.

Course commences Thursday, 17th January 2019 until Thursday, 7th March 2019 from 10:30am to 1pm. There are eight places available on this course. Cost: €250
