The Mindfulness Clinic provides eight-week courses in Mindfulness-Based Approaches including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Mindfulness–Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Therapeutic services include CBT, Psychotherapy, and Child and Adolescent Counselling.

I am a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist and Play Therapist.

I came to study psychotherapy at postgraduate level (Dublin City University) from an academic background firmly rooted in the humanities (MA in Spirituality, BA in Philosophy). I was extensively trained in Mindfulness-based approaches and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (PG Diploma in CBT, University of Oxford, Masters in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, University of Oxford). I am a qualified clinical supervisor specialising in reflective practice, clinical excellence, and deliberate practice. I trained as a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist and Play Therapist with the University of Cambridge (M. Ed. Child and Adolescent Psychotherapeutic Counselling).
I have attended training with some of the leading names in Mindfulness and CBT including Jon Kabat-Zinn (MBSR), Mark Williams, John Teasdale and Zindel Segal (MBCT), Aaron Beck (Cognitive Therapy and the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University.
I have a private practice at The Mindfulness Clinic, Merrion Square, Dublin 2. I provide tailored treatment approaches in CBT, counselling and psychotherapy for adults, adolescents and children. I am currently pursuing research interests at the University of Oxford and training at the International Centre for Clinical Excellence, Chicago.
