Mindfulness Clinic | COVID-19 Notice

Therapy during Uncertain Times

I understand this is a difficult and uncertain time for everyone. I will continue to provide services throughout the coronavirus pandemic. Sudden and unexpected events can elicit different emotions, uncertainty and catastrophic thinking. During a pandemic it is normal to feel worried, anxious, confused and to experience low mood.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness can help you respond in a constructive way. Learn more about CBT and therapeutic approaches at https://www.mindfulnessclinic.ie/mindfulness-therapy/

Telephone and Skype Therapy

The Mindfulness Clinic (https://www.mindfulnessclinic.ie/mindfulness-clinic-about/) is offering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and counselling via video and telephone consultations at a place and time that suits you. I still have some regular in-person appointments available, however strict protocols are in place. If the Irish Government/HSE restrictions prevent face-to-face work, all appointments will continue via Skype or by telephone.

Please check out free resources ( https://www.mindfulnessclinic.ie/resources/mindfulness-resources/) to help you through the next few weeks.

Stay safe and well. Gerry
